The data collected illustrates the employability of PSM graduatesacross employment sector and industry size.

PSM Degree Program Enrollment and Graduate Report (2008)  - The NPSMA collects and compiles enrollment
and graduation data for all PSM degree programs annually. This information is invaluable to advance the PSM
degree by providing program directors, staff, administrators, and faculty with a regularly updated profile of
PSM students and graduates. It is our premise that the annual collection and reporting of this information will
continue to show the rapid growth and success of the PSM degree.

PSM Degree Programs: Best Practices Report Survey Findings (2008) - As the PSM degree movement
continues to grow, it is imperative that we emphasize a high level of quality for our programs and graduates.
To this end, we must take stock of the strategies and practices that work to create and sustain successful
PSM degree programs. It is for this reason that in 2008, the NPSMA initiated a survey of the current PSM
degree programs on various criteria vital to the success of existing programs as well as the development
of new ones. This report is based on survey responses from 60 PSM degree programs in 39 universities and
colleges.
