Helping PSM students and alumni get established and advance in their careers is a major focus of the NPSMA. We know that for the "PSM Movement" to continue at the rapid and successful pace that it is on, we must understand the needs of our students and graduates as they enter their careers, assume more responsibilities, and become leaders in their respective fields. NPSMA is the voice of the PSM degree.

With this in mind, NPSMA has created the Alumni Connection which is as much a partnership within NPSMA as is the alumni membership category. We rely on our PSM alumni and students to help programs connect with employers, to help guide current students, and to share their experiences as a way of guiding the direction of our association.
